Introduction:
The data controller for all websites run by Cephas Ministry Inc. is Free Speech Systems LLC ("Free Speech Systems", "we", "us", "our"). We are committed to fulfilling our responsibilities under the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") in relation to the collection, retention, use, and other processing of personal data that is obtained when EU data subjects visit and interact with the Site. This Privacy Notice sets forth how we process EU personal data in our role as a data controller (i.e., when we are responsible for determining the purpose and means of the processing).

We are a nonprofit 501 c 3 corporation and do not engage in any anti privacy actions. People register for free downloads. The email addresses are uploaded to a list provider in the UK for notification purposes.

The emails are deleted from the blogs within a week. We do not use cookies. There are no names nor private information required just email addresses for notification purposes.

We do not sell information nor give the addresses to anyone.

We don't use tools such as plugins to manipulate visitors. We do not communicate with our subscribers with the exception of sending notices as to where they can access free downloads and monthly news.

The list provider checks authenticity of emails and discards obsoletes.

We only use dependable paid website providers and comply with their terms. We do not use website email services but pay for an independent service provider for informational purposes.

We have abandoned social websites for lack of control by these social sites.

We have no affiliates, nor are in any business ventures.
