like to introduce ourselves. George and Rita Williams founded
this ministry. We were Mormons (Temple Mormons) for 20 years.
We prayed to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry speaking
out against Scientology. Six months later God led us to the truth:
out of the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at the time we
were in a cult. No-one had witnessed to us in 20 years.
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry. Our
newsletters are not designed to provoke
anger which is strictly prohibited in Scripture. It is to shed
light on activities by those who would deceive those who are
recorded in the Book of Life by devious methods and systematic
plans.

The focus of these newsletters is to prove why we had to leave
the world system. We are called 'Watchmen on the Wall' which
God always had during the Old / New Testament Times.

The news about churches is unedited unless indicated by Ednotes.
The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
and today's church doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word
of God has undergone many changes to fit the progressive modes.
Many new Bible tranlations have brought confusion. The Bible
calls for a falling away from the truth before
Jesus comes back for His Bride. The true believers are called
'Ekklesia.' Our newsletters prove this fact and prove that the
Bible is true from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend, the so called democratizing what is left of the world.
This is a deception since the underlying new world global government
is developed by implementing sustainable development. The
Bible prophesies that there will be ten kings (ten horns), each
king (horn) will receive a region of the world as a reward for
work well done for the Antichrist. This is the reason for the
present development of NAU (The North American Union) as well
as the war in the Middle East. It again proves that we are moving
to closure of the times of the Gentiles prophesied in the Bible.
The end result will not be Democracy but a form of Fascist Communism
(Public/Private Corporations enslaving mankind).
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings because Israel is the time piece of the Biblical Prophecy.
1948 was the beginning of the figtree representing Israel, coming
back to life. Israel was allowed to return to its land. Israel
is the rock upon which the world stumbles and crumbles. We watch
and visit Israel for signs which point to the Tribulation to
confirm that we are moving into that space of time.

- INTRODUCTION
- To read this book requires love for the Gospel, if you don't
you might as well put it away because you'll simply think it
foolishness. The book proves that biblical truth is indeed truth
that sustains us. No matter what happens to us we land on our
feet and move on knowing we are only passing through. The world
is irrelevant. What is relevant is our eternal life, where we'll
spend it in heaven or hell. All human beings have eternal life
but where they will spend it is the question.
This book will reveal the resistance we are up against in our
enemy Satan who only works to undermine believers in Christ Jesus
because Satan knows where he is going and wants all of humanity
to join him. Those who already have sworn their allegiance to
Satan are no problem to him. Like Jesus Christ, who preached
only three years, was crucified because Satan hated Him, we become
the object of Satan's hatred as well. Had Jesus weakened and
let Satan tempt Him, He would have been King of this world for
a season and the whole world would have ended up in hell forever.
Every man, woman, and child's salvation hung on one man. To prove
to us that we can depend on Him forever, He weakened Himself
by fasting 40 days before He was confronted with the offer to
possess the whole world. If He was 100% human and 100% Spirit,
He experienced everything humans do, yet gave Himself to be humiliated,
be bled and died for our sakes who are completely undeserving
as you will see in this book.
God knows our lot, that we have no chance of making it to Heaven
on our own. We can try as hard as we want; Satan derails us at
every turn without God's intervention. Most of us believe that
we are good people and would not hurt anyone, go to church on
Sunday and earn our wages by the sweat of our brow. That is well
and good, but we tend to be rebels spiritually. We want to do
it our way instead of studying the Bible we read other books
and listen to evangelists in the hope that's going to get us

- THE MEANING OF ANOINTING
- "But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and all
of you know the truth. . . . As for you, the anointing you received
from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach
you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as
that anointing is real, not counterfeit--just as it has taught
you, remain in him." 1 John 2:20, 27
- There is sometimes a difference in the Biblical concept of
anointing in contrast to current concepts of anointing presented
in many churches. It is not uncommon to hear comments in church,
on Christian radio, and on Christian television where the words
"anoint," "anointing," and "anointed"
are used. Very often the context and the connotative meanings
poured into these words differ from the words as they are used
within the context of the Bible. Virtually all of the misunderstanding
of the biblical concept of anointing can be attributed to the
failure to define the word anointing as it is used in scripture.
It is difficult to discuss or understand any subject unless you
have a clear understanding of the words that are used to frame
that discussion.
- The Greek word for anointing is chrisma, from which we have
the word chrism. Chrisma appears several times in 1 John 2:20
and 27. It comes from the root word, chriô, which means
to rub something or someone lightly with a substance like oil
or lotion. The word christos means a person so anointed and the
word chrisma refers to that by which a person is anointed. John
uses chrisma in these two verses, not speaking of the object
being anointed but of the instrument of anointing. Additionally,
we find a word christianos in Acts 11:26, which means "one
belonging to the Anointed One," just as Herodianos would
mean "one who belongs to Herod."
- The Old Testament tells us that certain officers in Israelite
society—priests, prophets, and kings—were anointed
as they began their official duties. For example, in Exodus 29:7
we read that Aaron the high priest was anointed before he began
his ministry. God told Moses, "Take the anointing oil and
anoint him by pouring it on his head." In this case, the
anointing oil was the 'chrisma,' the instrument of anointing.
Similarly, in 1 Kings 19:16 God told Elijah, "Also anoint
Jehu son of Nimshi king over Israel, and anoint Elisha son of
Shaphat from Abel Meholah to succeed you as prophet."
- What was the significance of being anointed? By this ceremony
the participants were set apart, commissioned, and authorized
by God to work for him. They were anointed with oil, which represents
the Holy Spirit. This is illustrated in the anointing of David
as king of Israel by Samuel when he was designated to replace
Saul. In 1 Samuel 16:3 we read, "So Samuel took the horn
of oil and anointed him in the presence of his brothers."
Here the oil symbolizes the Holy Spirit, and we are told, "From
that day on the Spirit of the Lord came upon David in power."
- As the ultimate Prophet, Jesus Christ was anointed when he
began his earthly ministry. This anointing was predicted by Isaiah
in Isaiah 61:1 when he said that the Spirit of the Lord would
come upon the Messiah. In God’s time, when Jesus was baptized
by John the Baptist, we are told the Holy Spirit came upon him
when he came up out of the water. In other words, he was anointed
by the Holy Spirit and that without measure. When Jesus quoted
Isaiah 61:1,2 in the synagogue of Nazareth, saying, "The
Spirit of the Lord is on me," he was announcing to the people
that he was the Messiah prophesied by Isaiah long ago and that
the anointing of the Holy Spirit was now resting upon him.
- Not only is Jesus Christ anointed, but the Bible tells us
that every believer in Jesus Christ is also anointed in the Holy
Ghost. We are kings, priests, and prophets under the Priest,
Prophet and King, the Lord Jesus Christ. We find references to
this in many places. John the Baptist said there was another
person coming after him, mightier than himself, who would baptize
people in the Holy Spirit and fire. In Acts 1:5 the Lord Jesus
Christ himself speaks of this, saying, "For John baptized
with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy
Spirit." This was fulfilled on the day of Pentecost, as
we read in Acts 2:4: "All of them were filled with the Holy
Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled
them." Thus, when John writes in 1 John 2:20, "But
you have a chrisma, an anointing," he was referring to the
coming of the Holy Spirit upon every believer. Eph. 2:10 tells
us that "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus
unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should
walk in them." We are all specifically chosen by God for
His use!

Bender - In these times, like others before, many are claiming
that they have identified the Antichrist. Napoleon, Hitler, Mussolini,
Gorbachev, and even Reagan are some who have been "identified"
as the Antichrist. Now, however, with the apparent decrease of
U.S. influence in the Middle East peace process, due to the negative
relations currently between President Clinton and Yasser Arafat,
a leader of the "Revived Roman Empire" (the European
Union, it would seem) appears ready to fulfill the prophecy of
Daniel 9:27 regarding the "'prince who is to come'"
who shall "'confirm a treaty with many for one
- week'" (where "one week" means "7 years").
The Bible indicates, in Daniel 7:23-25, that this "'prince
who is to come'" will be the leader of, apparently, the
11th nation to join what is referred to as the "Revived
Roman Empire". The European Union, given its form as a "union"
of nations from the Old Roman Empire, and given its "arising"
during the same generation that witnessed both Israel becoming
a nation in 1948 A.D. and Israel regaining control of the holiest
sites of Jerusalem in 1967 A.D., is quite likely the fulfillment
of the prophecy of the "beast with 10 horns" described
in Daniel 7. The "'prince who is to come'", the Antichrist,
will apparently be the ruler of the 11th nation to join this
"Beast". If the European Union is the fulfillment of
the "beast with 10 horns" of Daniel 7:7, then the Antichrist
will be the ruler of the 11th nation to have joined that Union.
Spain was the 11th nation to join the European Union, and the
current ruler of Spain is King Juan Carlos. It appears to be
quite likely that King Juan Carlos of Spain is the Antichrist.
- King Juan Carlos was born in Rome, Italy on January 5, 1938
A.D.. His full name is, "Juan Carlos Alfonso Victor Maria
de Borbon y Borbon". His father's full name was, "Juan
Carlos Teresa Silverio Alfonso de Borbon y Borbon". His
father was in exile from Spain while Francisco Franco ruled Spain
following Franco's overthrow of the Spanish monarchy. Juan Carlos
(the son), from the age of 10, was personally trained under Franco's
direction, and graduated from all three of Spain's military academies.
In 1962 A.D., Juan Carlos married Princess Sophia of Greece,
and they had two daughters, and a son (Felipe). Juan Carlos was
appointed Franco's successor as ruler of Spain, against the wishes
of Juan Carlos' father, who still laid claim to the throne of
Spain. In November of 1975 A.D., Juan Carlos became king of Spain
after Franco's death. Juan Carlos is a highly respected and honored
king and "statesman", having led Spain through a crisis
in 1981 A.D. when some of the military sought to wrest control
of Spain from the

- Revealing the True Identity of the Original Author of The

Evenson. I was a Mormon missionary (California San Jose: 1983-85)
and apologist (defender of the faith). I wrote "The Gainsayers"
(Horizon Publishers: 1989) and spent tens of thousands of hours
doing research so I could defend the Church against anti-Mormon
attacks. My goal in life was to defend the Church and find compelling
evidence to prove that The Book of Mormon was historical and
literally a history of a tribe of Hebrews that lived in ancient
America from 600 B.C. until about 415 A.D. After tens of thousands
of hours of research, in dozens of libraries, and after reading
thousands of books and papers, I discovered that my quest had
failed. It was very difficult for me to accept the TRUTH, but

- MORMONISM LIKELY TO MORPH INTO PART OF THE NEW WORLD RELIGION
- Many of the Illuminati and leading European occultists, incl.
men such as Charles Taze Russell (founder of the WT Society)
and Joseph Smith, Jr. (founder of the LDS Mormon church) were
students of phrenology. Interestingly, Joseph Smith, Jr. on Jan.
5, 1841 had a revelation that phrenology was an occult science
from "the Devil". (Smith’s words are recorded
in The Words of Joseph Smith: The Contemporary Accounts of the
Nauvoo discourses of the Prophet Joseph. Provo, UT: Brigham Young
Univ. Religious Studies Center, 1980, p. 61.) And yet he continued
studying phrenology, and endorsing phrenology to the "Latter-day
Saints" (Mormons).
- Quite a number of the Mormon prophets (the top leader) such
as Brigham Young, Wilford Woodruff, and George A. Smith got phrenological
readings done of their skulls. The Mormon church sold phrenology
books and even printed a phrenology magazine in Salt Lake City
for a while, which was entitled The Character Builder from the
1870’s until into the 1940’s. George Reynolds, First
Presidency secretary and later President of the LDS Seventies
(a group of men like the catholic cardinals) considered phrenological
readings as valid as the patriarchal blessings that the LDS church
gives to its members.
- Since the Mormon church is one of the Illuminati fronts carrying
out mind-control, it should come as no surprise that attempts
to control the human mind by manipulation of the shape of the
skull have been attempted. Interestingly, official church interest
in phrenology by the Mormon hierarchy died out during the time
period (1940’s) that mind-control began to be scientifically
carried out by the Illuminati in cooperation with different government
front. Could it be that there was a grain of powerful truth in
phrenology that these people wanted quietly buried?

game of musical chairs. David Miscavige had kept more than 30
members of his church's executive staff cooped up for weeks in
a small office building outside Los Angeles, not letting them
leave except to grab a shower. They slept on the floor, their
food carted in. Their assignment was to develop strategic plans
for the church. But the leader trashed their every idea and berated
them as incompetents and enemies, of him and the church. Prove
your devotion, Miscavige told them, by winning at musical chairs.
Everyone else - losers, all of you - will be banished to Scientology
outposts around the world. If families are split up, too bad.

- FRENCH PROSECUTOR SEEKS DISSOLUTION OF SCIENTOLOGY
June 15, 2009 - PARIS (Reuters) - A French prosecutor on Monday
recommended a Paris court should dissolve the Church of Scientology's
French branch when it rules on charges of fraud against the organization.
- Registered as a religion in the United States, with celebrity
members such as actors Tom Cruise and John Travolta, Scientology
enjoys no such legal protection in France, where it has faced
repeated accusations of being a money-making cult. The Church's
Paris headquarters and bookshop are defendants in a fraud trial
that began on May 25. Summing up her views on the case, state
prosecutor Maud Coujard urged the court to return a guilty verdict
and dissolve the organization in France. The Church of Scientology
denies the fraud charges and says the case against it violates
freedom of religion. A ruling is expected within months. French
state prosecutors had previously resisted the idea of an outright
dissolution of Scientology in the country. If the court follows
the prosecutor's recommendation, Scientology could appeal and
the verdict would be suspended. The trial centers on complaints
made in the late 1990s by two former members who spent huge sums
on Scientology courses and "purification" sessions.

- LIFEWAY WANTS IT BOTH WAYS WITH "THE SHACK"

Christian Stores, which are affiliated with the Southern Baptist
Convention, are selling "The Shack," a novel that depicts
God as a woman who doesn't judge people. The Lifeway bookstore
in Huntsville, Alabama, has a notice that says, "This book
may contain thoughts, ideas, or concepts that could be considered
inconsistent with historical evangelical theology. Therefore,
we encourage you to read it with extra discernment." By
means of this disclaimer, Lifeway intends to make money from
this popular book while avoiding responsibility for its heresies,
but it won't work. The Bible warns that if we do not disassociate
strictly from those who preach false christs, we become partakers
of their evil deeds (2 John 7-11). Lifeway is not only associating
with William Young and his heresies by se lling the book, but
they are actually putting funds into his coffers to enable him
to promote his wretched heresies. The Lifeway warning says the
book "MAY contain" thoughts contrary to sound theology
and urges readers to use discernment, but they don't identify
any particular heresies and a large percentage of their customers
doubtless lack the Bible knowledge and spiritual discernment
required to discern truth from error. This is like serving up
a dish contaminated with poison to children and warning them
to eat with caution! The Lifeway bookstores are filled to the
brim with psychology, self-help, self-esteem, romance novels,
ecumenical and charismatic literature, undependable Bible versions,
and all sorts of "Christian" rock music. On a visit
to a Lifeway store in Huntsville last year I found that they
had many titles by emerging church authors, including Rob Bell
(Velvet Elvis), Brennan Manning (The Ragamuffin Gospel), Erwin
McManus (The Barbarian Way), Donald Miller (Blue Like Jazz),
and Shane Claiborne (The Irresistible Revolution). Lifeway will
stand accountable before God for polluting the minds and hearts
of their customers with unscriptural material and for refusing
to carry sound material from fundamentalist Bible-based publishers
that they could and should be stocking but which they refuse

- PROMISE KEEPERS FOR WOMEN

Keepers, which staged massive ecumenical stadium events in the
1990s, is now targeting women. Its one event for 2009 is scheduled
for July in Boulder, Colorado, and women are invited for the
first time in the organization's history. Promise Keepers almost
went out of business after founder Bill McCartney left five years
ago, but he came back onboard as the CEO last fall and plans
to rebuild the organization's influence. He says, "Boulder
is going to be the epicenter of an extraordinary move of God.
It's going to go around the world ...we feel like it will relaunch

Man, June 9, 2009). McCartney's focus is still on ecumenical
unity. He says, "This is the very heart of God, to bring

- ROME AND WCC ARE NOW ARE NOW "TRUSTED PARTNERS'
- January 6, 2006 - British Church Newspaper - The Church of
Rome and the World Council of Churches now declare themselves
to be 'trusted partners'. Rome continues to refuse to join the
WCC but sits on certain committees and constantly hangs around
its fringe. A Joint Working Group of Rome and the WCC met at
Bossey, Switzerland, 17-19 November. Their continued co-operation
we are told "must be considered one of the significant achievements
of the modern ecumenical movement". They recommend firstly
"a return to the spiritual roots of ecumenism". In
orther words, the movement has become too bureaucratic. The second
recommendation emphasises the "importance of offering young
people opportunities to be exposed to traditions other than their
own". Ecumenism must start when they are young and impressionable.
"Mission and service" are stressed as ways of (pretexts
for) getting young people involved in ecumenical activities.

- AT LEAST 85 SHARIA 'COURTS' OPERATING IN BRITAIN, SAYS CIVITAS
REPORT
At least 85 separate sharia "courts" are now openly
functioning in Britain, almost 20 times as many as previously
believed, a report by Civitas claims. By John Bingham June 29,
2009 - A study by the thinktank found that scores of unofficial
tribunals and councils regularly apply Islamic law to resolve
domestic, marital and business disputes, many operating in mosques.
It led to claims of a "creeping" acceptance of sharia
principles in British law, but the Muslim Council of Britain
dismissed the report as "scaremongering". The study
follows the outcry over remarks by the Archbishop of Canterbury,
Dr Rowan Williams, last year that the adoption of aspects of
Muslim law in Britain, such as in divorce proceedings, "seems
inevitable". Lord Phillips, who was then the Lord Chief
Justice, attracted controversy by saying that there was "no
reason why" sharia principles could not form the basis of
mediation in disputes. Some decisions of Islamic tribunals are
already considered legally binding and could theoretically be
enforced in civil courts in England and Wales. Other officially
recognised bodies can agree to grant Muslim "divorces"
as part of a parallel system of religious law in Britain. "This
whole business is creeping up on us without anyone really noticing,"
said Dr David Green, director of Civitas. The existence of a
network of five court-like sharia bodies in London, Bradford,
Birmingham, Coventry and Manchester, expanding to other cities
under the umbrella of the Muslim Arbitration Tribual (MAT) has
already been widely reported. But Civitas estimates that the
real number of Islamic "courts" operating in Britain
is at least 85, as a result of scores of unofficial courts sitting
in mosques in which imams make judgments on day-to-day disputes.
It argued that they are unlikely to treat women as equals and
could even be against human rights law.
- The organisation called for a change in the law to stop the
decisions of such bodies being legally enforceable.
- The MAT, which deals primarily with disputes between business
partners or mosques, says that as a legally constituted arbitration
body under the 1996 Arbitration Act, its decisions could be enforced
in county courts.
- That claim has yet to be challenged in a test case but a
similar status for Jewish tribunals is already long established.
- Another organisation, the Islamic Sharia Council, has a panel
of seven judges based in London, dealing largely with divorce
and issuing "fatwas" on issues such as how to bring
up children. Mufti Abdul Kadir Barkatulla, one of its judges,
said that the organisation had been operating peacefully alongside
the civil courts for 25 years without any major problems. He
also confirmed that dozens of informal sharia bodies sit across
the country.
- "Every imam, if they are qualified can have a hearings
and make decisions according to sharia," he said.
- Inayat Bunglawala, of the Muslim Council of Britain, said:
"To term them sharia courts is ridiculous, it's just scaremongering."
Qamar Bhatti, a member of the governing body of the MAT, said:
"We don't have a court, it's an arbitration, we don't have
a judge sitting with a gavel in his hand but that's the image
that this report is creating."

and keep them talking about him with respect after his murder.
Stanczak, 42, was kidnapped September 28 on his way to survey
for oil exploration in Attock district, of Pakistan's eastern
province of Punjab. The kidnappers also killed his driver and
two guards. Militants released a gruesome seven-minute video
in early February showing his beheading. One of the murderers
blamed the Pakistani government which failed to accept their

- Rev. Warren has become one of America’s leading Christian

Warren commit to appear at such a controversial gathering? The

The Act of Settlement 1701, which remains in operation today,
excludes any Catholic or anyone who marries a Catholic from the
throne. Recently, however, Cardinal Keith O'Brien, Archbishop
of St. Andrews and Edinburgh, has called the Act "scandalous"
and Scottish First Minister Alex Salmond has asked to have it
repealed, calling it "state-sponsored sectarianism."
This country needs an Act of Settlement 1701 to prevent it's
sudden demise, but instead, confused, it is still looking towards
the middle east for the enemy. I guess the many lies from the
White House that led this country into war were not enough to
awaken anyone. The Catholic military orchestrated 9-11 and blamed
their enemies (in the middle east for the attack) based on lies
(so they could blame their other enemies (Protestants -Catholics
disguised as Protestants -ie, Catholic George Bush), engineered
the banking collapse, put their 32 Deg. Prince Henry Templar
Knight in the White House, gave us the Patriot Act, created the
Fed Reserve, established and runs B of A, and have established
their endless war against enemy combatants. These combatants
are simply enemies of Rome.
Today, Islamists at Guantanamo are declared "Non Persons"
and therefore have no rights as humans, or Geneva Convention
rights as prisoners of war. Habeas Corpus, a protection that
helped end tyranny centuries ago, has been repealed. First they
came for the Muslims, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't
a Muslim. Then they came to detain immigrants indefinitely solely
upon the certification of the Attorney General, and I didn't
speak up because I wasn't an immigrant. Then they came to eavesdrop
on suspects consulting with their attorneys, and I didn't speak
up because I wasn't a suspect. Then they came to prosecute non-citizens
before secret military commissions, and I didn't speak up because
I wasn't a non-citizen. Then they came to enter homes and offices
for unannounced "sneak and peek" searches, and I didn't
speak up because I had nothing to hide. Then they came to reinstate
Cointelpro and resume the infiltration and surveillance of domestic
religious and political groups, and I didn't speak up because
I had stopped participating in any groups. Then they came for
anyone who objected to government policy because it aided the
terrorists and gave ammunition to America's enemies, and I didn't
speak up because...... I didn't speak up.

- POLICE USE STUN GUN ON MINISTER IN ARREST
WEBSTER, Texas, July 2 (UPI) -- Texas police used a stun gun
on a minister, then arrested him for allegedly interfering with
a traffic stop in his church parking lot, police said. Officers
also used pepper spray to disperse about 40 congregants who surrounded
the arresting officer, police in Webster, Texas, said. Police
Chief Ray Smiley told the Houston Chronicle pastor Jose Elias
Moran, 42, of Iglesia Profetica Peniel church, pushed two police
officers in the incident -- an allegation Moran's family disputes.
United Press International could not reach Moran for comment.
- Smiley told the Chronicle an officer was talking with a motorist
in the church parking lot and discovered the man had no car insurance.
Moran approached the officer and demanded to know why a member
of his congregation had been stopped, Smiley said. "He said
we were on private property and wanted us off the property,"
Smiley told the newspaper. "He was pretty aggressive."
When the officer ordered Moran to leave, and Moran refused, the
officer told him he was under arrest, Smiley said. Moran pushed
the officer as he tried to handcuff him and fled inside the church,
Smiley said. Later, Moran came out with a group of about 40 people
who surrounded the officer, Smiley said. The officer, fearing
for his safety, used pepper spray to disperse the crowd, police
said. When backup officers tried to make the arrest, Moran allegedly
pushed another officer, who used his Taser to subdue him, Smiley
said.
