like to introduce ourselves. George and Rita Williams founded
this ministry. We were Mormons (Temple Mormons) for 20 years.
We prayed to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry speaking
out against Scientology. Six months later God led us to the truth:
out of the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at the time we
were in a cult. No-one had witnessed to us in 20 years.
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry. Our
newsletters are not designed to provoke
anger which is strictly prohibited in Scripture. It is to shed
light on activities by those who would deceive those who are
recorded in the Book of Life by devious methods and systematic
plans.
- We are Bible students and have left all worldly organizations.
We attend church if the message is from the authorized KJV Bible.
The focus of these newsletters is to prove why we had to leave
the world system. We are called 'Watchmen on the Wall' which
God always had during the Old / New Testament Times.

to compare notes.
- The first section is about the church.
The news about churches is unedited unless indicated by Ednotes.
The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
and today's church doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word
of God has undergone many changes to fit the progressive modes.
Many new Bible tranlations have brought confusion. The Bible
calls for a falling away from the truth before
Jesus comes back for His Bride. The true believers are called
'Ekklesia.' Our newsletters prove this fact and prove that the
Bible is true from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend, the so called democratizing what is left of the world.
This is a deception since the underlying new world global government
is developed by implementing sustainable development. The
Bible prophesies that there will be ten kings (ten horns), each
king (horn) will receive a region of the world as a reward for
work well done for the Antichrist. This is the reason for the
present development of NAU (The North American Union) as well
as the war in the Middle East. It again proves that we are moving
to closure of the times of the Gentiles prophesied in the Bible.
The end result will not be Democracy but a form of Fascist Communism
(Public/Private Corporations enslaving mankind).
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings because Israel is the time piece of the Biblical Prophecy.
1948 was the beginning of the figtree representing Israel, coming
back to life. Israel was allowed to return to its land. Israel
is the rock upon which the world stumbles and crumbles. We watch
and visit Israel for signs which point to the Tribulation to
confirm that we are moving into that space of time.

Lord with all our hearts and minds and we love all people God
has created but especially those who love our Lord and Savior,

- INTRODUCTION
- To read this book requires love for the Gospel, if you don't
you might as well put it away because you'll simply think it
foolishness. The book proves that biblical truth is indeed truth
that sustains us. No matter what happens to us we land on our
feet and move on knowing we are only passing through. The world
is irrelevant. What is relevant is our eternal life, where we'll
spend it in heaven or hell. All human beings have eternal life
but where they will spend it is the question.
This book will reveal the resistance we are up against in our
enemy Satan who only works to undermine believers in Christ Jesus
because Satan knows where he is going and wants all of humanity
to join him. Those who already have sworn their allegiance to
Satan are no problem to him. Like Jesus Christ, who preached
only three years, was crucified because Satan hated Him, we become
the object of Satan's hatred as well. Had Jesus weakened and
let Satan tempt Him, He would have been King of this world for
a season and the whole world would have ended up in hell forever.
Every man, woman, and child's salvation hung on one man. To prove
to us that we can depend on Him forever, He weakened Himself
by fasting 40 days before He was confronted with the offer to
possess the whole world. If He was 100% human and 100% Spirit,
He experienced everything humans do, yet gave Himself to be humiliated,
be bled and died for our sakes who are completely undeserving
as you will see in this book.
God knows our lot, that we have no chance of making it to Heaven
on our own. We can try as hard as we want; Satan derails us at
every turn without God's intervention. Most of us believe that
we are good people and would not hurt anyone, go to church on
Sunday and earn our wages by the sweat of our brow. That is well
and good, but we tend to be rebels spiritually. We want to do
it our way instead of studying the Bible we read other books
and listen to evangelists in the hope that's going to get us

 SCRIPTURE STUDY - WHAT IS
THE SUBSTITUTIONARY ATONEMENT?
- Question: "What is the substitutionary atonement?"
- Answer: The “substitutionary atonement” refers
to the fact that Jesus Christ died on behalf of all sinners.
The Scriptures teach that all men are sinners (Romans 3:9-18,
23). The penalty for our sinfulness is death. Romans 6:23 reads,
“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal
life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
- That verse teaches us several things. Without Christ, we
are going to die and spend an eternity in hell as payment for
our sins. Death in the scriptures refers to a “separation.”
Everyone of course will die, but some will live in heaven with
the Lord for eternity, while others will live a life in hell
for eternity. The death spoken of here refers to the life in
hell. However, the second thing this verse teaches us is that
eternal life is available through Jesus Christ. This is His substitutionary

- Dear J.A.I.L. - On 03-24-05 our church was seized by Counter
Terrorism Agents, and my wife and I were arrested on criminal
charges... for refusing to incorporate the church of Jesus Christ!
We've lost everything we spent our entire lives working for,
have become alienated from most of our family and friends, and
are currently sojourning in exile while all efforts to achieve
any form of redress from the government who committed this unconstitutional
sacrilege have all been ignored. If you think there is a workable
solution to this very complexed legal problem, we would certainly
appreciate hearing any "outside the box" ideas you

Benedicht XVI refuses CAROLINE KENNEDY as a plenipotentiary and
extraordinary Ambassador with the Holy See (= and with that the

not so happy with her liberal behaviour in questions of the abortion.
I doubt of course that this is the real reason but one can speculate.

concerns about religious leaders being used to condition their
congregation to accept the declaration of martial law.
- In a May 2006 story we first broke the shocking news that

Jackson, the “King of Pop,” died last week of a probable
drug-induced heart attack at age 50. Like Elvis Presley and many
other rock gods, Jackson was addicted to a variety of drugs and
his narcissism would not allow him to submit to any authority
outside of himself. Jackson’s influence was great. His music
videos helped vault MTV into popularity in the early 1980s. His
1982 hit “Thriller” is either the first or second best-selling
U.S. album of all time. His quirky and often filthy dance moves
helped spawn hop-hop and have been imitated endlessly in contemporary
dance. Choreographer Kenny Ortega called him “the world’s
greatest performer.” Guinness World Records dubbed him “the
most successful entertainer of all time.” The incredible
fascination with Jackson’s life and death is indicative
of the moral downfall of Western culture. Major websites such
as Facebook, MySpace, Google, and Twitter, slowed following the
announcement of his death because of the dramatic increase in
traffic. USA Today, America’s largest daily newspaper, dedicated
nearly the entire front page to the pop icon’s death. Major
news media outlets ran 24-hour coverage on every aspect of the
man’s life and death. Amazon, Borders, Barnes & Noble
and other major distributers sold out of Jackson music CDs and
videos within an hour of the announcement of his passing.
- In an attempt to explain this, Bill Carr, vice president
for music and video at Amazon, said, “They love him, he’s
a legend, and they’re anxious to make sure they have his
music in their collections.” Jackson is an icon of the rock
& roll culture, and his legacy was to carry modern society
to a new level of debauchery and vanity. He was self-centered,
lacked self-control, had no moral boundaries, was enslaved to
fashion, and consumed with appearance. He squandered a fortune.
Though he sold 750 million albums, he reportedly died with a
debt of $400 million, because he lived so far beyond his means.
Jackson’s life further normalized weirdness and perversion
in modern society. As Jane Fonda said in an interview with CNN
about Jackson’s life, “Who are we to judge?” The
rebellion against God and His Word grows apace, but it will come
to a shocking end (Psalm 2). The ranch that the King of Pop purchased
in the 1980s was called Neverland; and that was not only the
place where Michael Jackson lived, it is also the place where

- April 21, 2009 WASHINGTON - The AmeriCorps program started
by President Bill Clinton will triple in size over the next eight
years, and tens of thousands of other Americans will soon see
new opportunities to give back to their communities. It's all
part of a $5.7 billion national service bill President Barack
Obama is scheduled to sign Tuesday to foster and fulfill people's
desire to make a difference, such as by mentoring children, cleaning
up parks or building and weatherizing homes for the poor. Bolstering
voluntary public service programs has been a priority of Obama,
who credits his work as a community organizer in his early 20s
for giving him direction in life. The White House said Monday
that the president "will call on people across the country
to serve their communities and work together to tackle the nation's
tough challenges." Obama is set to visit the SEED School
of Washington, a public boarding school that serves inner-city
students facing problems in both the classroom and at home, for
the signing ceremony. Congress passed the bill last month with
largely bipartisan support and Obama is seeking $1.1 billion
to fund it next year. Some Republicans complain it is too costly
and is an unnecessary intrusion by government into something
Americans already do eagerly and in great numbers - helping their
neighbors and communities.
- The legislation provides for gradually increasing the size
of AmeriCorps to 250,000 enrollees from its current 75,000. It
outlines five broad categories where people can direct their
service: helping the poor, improving education, encouraging energy
efficiency, strengthening access to health care and assisting
veterans.
- AmeriCorps has seen a recent surge in applications, according
to the government-run Corporation for National and Community
Service, which oversees the program. In March, the corporation
received 17,038 online AmeriCorps applications, nearly double
those received in the previous month and nearly triple the 6,770
received last March.
- The bill also ties volunteer work to money for college.
- People 55 and older could earn $1,000 education awards by
getting involved in public service. Those awards can be transferred
to a child, grandchild or even someone they mentored. Students
from sixth grade through senior year of high school could earn
a $500 education award for helping in their neighborhoods during
a new summer program.
- The bill is named for Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, D-Mass., who,
with Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, has been its champion. Kennedy,
who is being treated for brain cancer, is expected to attend

The Democratic-led U.S. House of Representatives Wednesday approved
an expansion of federal "hate crime" laws -- an effort
that former Republican President George W. Bush had opposed.
On a vote of 249-175, the House passed and sent to the Senate
a bill backed by the new Democratic White House to broaden such
laws by classifying as "hate crimes" those attacks
based on a victim's sexual orientation, gender identity or mental
or physical disability. The current law, enacted four decades
ago, limits federal jurisdiction over hate crimes to assaults
based on race, color, religion or national origin.

company has defined marriage in broader terms than the U.S. government.
Similar to the definition of marriage under federal law, Merriam-Webster
states marriage as 'the state of being united to a person of
the opposite sex as husband or wife in a consensual and contractual
relationship recognized by law.' Every state in the nation recognizes
marriage on similar terms except for Connecticut and Massachusetts.
But the dictionary runs askew from legal recognition of marriage
by the federal government and almost all the states by tacking
on a secondary definition that counts unions between same-sex
couples as 'marriage.' Merriam-Webster added the secondary meaning
for marriage in 2003, even before gay marriage was legalized
anywhere in the country. Whereas the company's dictionary editions

On April 20, 1999, two high school seniors filled with occultic
hatred murdered 12 of their fellow students and a 47-year-old
teacher at Columbine High School in Littleton, Colorado, before
taking their own lives. The shooters also wounded another 20
students, some extremely seriously. At least one has never walked
again and others have had long and difficult recoveries. The
Columbine murderers, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, used shotguns,
a rifle, a handgun, and pipe bombs in the attack. They laughed
as they destroyed and mangled their victims. Witnesses reported
that "they were just hooting and hollering, having the time
of their lives." They had planned to kill hundreds, but
their larger bombs did not explode. They rigged bombs out of
propane tanks attached to gasoline cans and strung them with
nails to enhance the shrapnel effect and placed them in the cafeteria,
planning to detonate them when the room was packed with students
and teachers at the height of the lunch period. They planned
for the ensuing fireball to collapse the second floor onto the
lunch room and thus add to the mayhem. They also rigged similar
bombs and placed them in their cars and set them to explode 45
minutes after the initial blasts, intending to turn the cars
into fireballs that would kill more students, plus paramedics,
police, reporters, and others who were responding to the tragedy.

- ASSEMBLIES OF GOD: COMMITTED TO SPIRITUAL FORMATION, CONTEMPLATIVE
AND EMERGING - Editors at Lighthouse Trails - According to the
Assemblies of God USA mission statement, they are committed "to
personal spiritual growth and discipleship," saying "Spiritual
formation brings glory to our Creator and Savior and validates
our witness to the world. We will use every effective means to
spiritually develop believers in our churches and to prepare
continuing generations for service." Is this "Spiritual
formation" an avenue through which contemplative spirituality
and the New Age will enter Assemblies of God, and when the statement
says "we will use every effective means," does that
mean every means, including mystical prayer practices, rituals
and disciplines?
- If Assemblies of God Theological Seminary is any indication,
then AOG is heading straight towards contemplative spirituality
and the emerging church. Earl Creps, director of the Doctor of
Ministry program and associate professor at AOGTS, is a heavy
proponent of both contemplative and emerging. In his course syllabi
over the last five years, Creps has classes with titles such
as "Leading the Emerging Church" and "Models of
Ministry in the Emerging Church." Syllabus reading materials
include those from Henri Nouwen, Brian McLaren, Ken Blanchard,
Dan Kimball, Erwin McManus, Sally Morgenthaler, Leonard Sweet.
A visit to Creps' "Spiritual Adventures" blog gives
a hearty helping of emergent discussion. In one blog, Creps tries
to show how there might be a union between Pentecostalism and
the emerging church, saying the relationship is "gaining
some traction." While Creps ends that discussion with "I
am painfully orthodox doctrinally," resources he offers
throughout his blogs and websites would paint another picture.
Under Apologetics Resources, Creps recommends Leonard Sweet's
book, Quantum Spirituality. Listen to Sweet, as he describes
the New Light in his book: "I have followed those 'New Light
leaders' ... [S]ome of those who led [me] into new light are:
... Matthew Fox, Richard Mouw, Rowan Williams." Others that
Leonard Sweet thanks include: Morton Kelsey, M. Scott Peck, Walter
Bruggemann, Ken Wilber, Thomas Berry and many other New Age sympathizers.

- THE SHACK AUTHOR DENIES BIBLICAL SUBSTITUTIONARY ATONEMENT
In a recent radio
interview, The Shack author, Paul Young, told the interviewer
he did not hold to the traditional view of the atonement in that
he does not believe Jesus Christ bore the punishment (i.e., penalty)
for man’s sins when He died on the Cross (transcript).
