- :: GREETINGS to all and the newcomers to this list. We'd
like to introduce ourselves. George and Rita Williams, who founded
this ministry, were Mormons (Temple Mormons part of the time)
for 20 years. We prayed to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry
speaking out against Scientology. Six months later God led us
to the truth: out of the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at
the time we were in a cult. No-one had witnessed to us in 20
years.
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry.
- We are fundamental Bible students and have left all worldly
organizations.
- The focus of these newsletters is to prove why we had
to leave the world system. We are called 'Watchmen on the
Wall' which God always had during the Old / New Testament Times.
- To understand what is happening, one has to know the Bible
to compare notes.
- The first section is about the church.
The news about churches is unedited unless indicated by Ednotes.
The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
which doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word of God has
undergone many changes to fit the present mode. The Bible calls
for a falling away from the truth before Jesus
comes back for His Bride, the true believers called 'Ekklesia.'
Our newsletters prove this fact and prove that the Bible is true
from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend to prove that we are moving to closure of the times of
the Gentiles.
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings with what is happening in Israel. We describe and watch
for signs of the coming Tribulation to confirm that we are moving
into that space and time.
- Watchmen on the wall do not solicit memberships. We have
an email group that gets information when we upload new information
and a newsletter whenever it is possible time wise. We love the
Lord with all our hearts and minds and we love all people God
has created but especially those who love our Lord and Savior,

- U.S. CATHOLICS INCREASED TITHES IN '02 DESPITE SCANDALS
- The Tampa Tribune, November 7, 2003 - Catholics put an estimated
$5.8 billion in Sunday collection baskets to support their local
parishes in 2002, an increase of 4.9 percent, or twice the rate
of inflation.

- HEALER BISHOPS ARE SENT TO EASE CHURCHES' PAIN

— The New York Times - By Laurie Goodstein The bishop could
not fix everything in Lafayette, La., .. Seventeen years ago,
the Vatican dispatched a 53-year-old New York priest named Harry
J. Flynn to take over as bishop in a Louisiana diocese. His assignment
was to rescue the faith of the Roman Catholics there whose children
had been sexually violated by the Rev. Gilbert Gauthe, in the
first nationally notorious case of a pedophile priest...
Ten years before, Archbishop Sheehan had been sent to Santa Fe
after the previous archbishop, Robert F. Sanchez, was forced
to resign after admitting to affairs with women. On Archbishop
Sanchez's watch, dozens of young people had been sexually assaulted
by priests. Many of the priests had been assigned to parishes
after stays in a nearby treatment center.
- "Don't put your faith in the priests or the bishops,"
Archbishop Sheehan said he told his flock in Santa Fe, and will
now tell the Catholics of Phoenix. "Put your faith in the

about children with gay parents, a Roman Catholic bishop said
Thursday that he and other church leaders from Massachussetts
would support extending some benefits to same-sex couples but
remain strongly opposed to gay marriage... Massachussetts lawmakers
are considering a bill that would legalize gay marriage.

- CATHOLIC ARCHDIOCESE FILES SUIT, CALLING CHURCH NETWORK A
FRAUD
- ATLANTA, Sept. 19 — AP The Roman Catholic Archdiocese
of Atlanta has filed a lawsuit accusing a network of Spanish-speaking
churches of falsely claiming to be Catholic, with priests celebrating
Mass, hearing confessions and offering Communion to immigrants
who mistakenly think the churches are tied to the Vatican.
"These men dress as priests and conduct services that appear
to be a Catholic Mass," said a lawyer for the archdiocese,
David Brown. "You cannot simply set up in whatever church
and call yourself Roman Catholic. That's fraud."
- The lawsuit, filed on Monday, seeks an injunction against
Capilla de la Fe, or Chapel of the Faith, churches, barring them
from calling themselves Catholic. It is also asks for unspecified
damages for donations worshipers gave in the belief that the
money would go to the Catholic Church.

- FILES SHOW ARCHDIOCESE PAID $21 MILLION IN ABUSE CASES
- The New York Times: BOSTON, Aug. 12, 2003 — AP - As
sexual abuse plaintiffs began considering the offer by the Archdiocese
of Boston to settle 542 suits, newly released records show that
the archdiocese paid at least $21.2 million in settlements to
149 people from 1994 to 2001.
- The reports were released on Monday to lawyers for people
with pending suits against the archdiocese.
- Jeffrey Newman, a lawyer whose firm, Greenberg Traurig, represents
260 plaintiffs, said the records reinforced contentions that
top administrators, including Cardinal Bernard F. Law, did little
to address the abuse problem despite many complaints.
- "It is obvious from these documents," Mr. Newman
said, "that there were a significant number of claims that
were occurring over the years, and yet there was very little
done to intervene and stop the problem."

- ABUSIVE EX-PRIEST IS KILLED IN PRISON
- The New York Times - 8.24.03 - John J. Geoghan, the former
priest whose abuse of children over decades opened the door for
a scandal that shook the Roman Catholic Church, was strangled
by another inmate in a Massachusetts state prison, officials
said yesterday.
- Mr. Geoghan, who was defrocked in 1998, was serving a sentence
of 9 to 10 years at the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center
in Shirley, a medium-security state prison 40 miles northwest
of Boston. Another inmate, Joseph L. Druce, 37, will be charged
with murder, John J. Conte, the Worcester County district attorney,
said. An autopsy is to be conducted Monday, but "preliminary
indications" showed that Mr. Geoghan, 68, had been strangled,
Mr. Conte said.

IN US STATE
New York (ENI). Conservative US religious groups are vowing to
undertake a major constitutional battle in the wake of a court
decision in the state of Massachusetts affirming the right of
same-sex couples to marry. In a 4-3 decision, the Massachusetts
Supreme Judicial Court said the state could not deny the right
of gay or lesbian couples to marry in civil ceremonies and ordered
the state legislature to change the state's law within 180 days.
Hailed by gay-rights groups, the action was severely condemned
by conservatives who pledged to intensify efforts to prohibit
same-sex marriage through a constitutional ban that would first

- PEARSON: 'SATAN HIMSELF MAY GO TO HEAVEN'?
- At its annual meeting in May, the International Communion
of Charismatic Churches "affirmed and confirmed" that
Bishop Carlton Pearson of Tulsa, is a member in good standing.
He recently caused a firestorm for preaching universal reconciliation,
which says no confession in Jesus as Savior is needed to go to
heaven. The statement said "We …recognize him [Pearson]
as a valuable leader in the body of Christ." Universal reconciliation
was not discussed at the meeting, but a signatory said the statement
is an endorsement of Pearson and not his doctrine. Pearson recently

- CHARISMATIC HEALER CAN'T HEAL DAUGHTER
- "Laughing Evangelist" Rodney Howard-Browne has
dubbed himself a "Holy Ghost bartender" serving up
the "new wine" of Pentecostal fervor. He said (2/1/99
CC): "One night I was preaching on hell, and [laughter]
just hit the whole place. The more I told people what hell was
like, the more they laughed." He should know that hell is
not a joke nor a laughing matter. Howard-Browne, who teaches
that God promises physical healing, does not intend to change
his doctrine after his 16-year-old daughter, who had cystic fibrosis
died last Christmas. He believed to the end that she would be
healed (July Bapt.Bulletin). He said "The more she suffered,
the more we attacked the enemy." He said her dying was the

EPISCOPAL CHURCH CONSECRATES OPENLY GAY BISHOP 
The Episcopal Church consecrated V. Gene Robinson as bishop in
a heartfelt ceremony Sunday, making him the first openly gay
man to rise to that rank in any of the world's major Christian
bodies.
- But while pageantry mixed with exultation in the ritual elevating
Robinson to bishop of New Hampshire, it seems unlikely the church
will hold together in its aftermath.
- Minutes after Robinson was consecrated, Archbishop of Canterbury
Rowan Williams _ spiritual leader of the worldwide Anglican Communion
_ said the divisions caused by Robinson's elevation "are
a matter of deep regret." And a thoughtful protest from
conservatives, already moving toward a break with the Episcopal
Church, marked the consecration ceremony.
- At the climax of the precedent-setting, three-hour ritual,
held in a university sports arena, some 45 bishops laid hands
on Robinson and the head of the Episcopal Church, Presiding Bishop
Frank Griswold, recited an age-old prayer that began: "Father,
make Gene a bishop in your church ..."
- The congregation of 4,000 then greeted the new bishop with
a three-minute standing ovation. Robinson nodded and brushed
away a tear. He then spoke informally, his voice breaking twice
with emotion.
- Robinson said his new position in the hierarchy symbolized
that the church was reaching out to "people who find themselves
at the margins," just as Jesus did.

- In England, the percentage of citizens who are in church
on a given Sunday is 27 percent. West Germany has a church-going
rate of 14 percent. In Denmark and Norway, only 5 percent bother
to attend church on Sunday mornings. In Sweden, Iceland, and

- The Boston archdiocese offers $55 million to settle over
500 clergy sex abuse lawsuits (8/9 Huntsville Times). A judge
in Louisville approved a $25.7 million settlement from the Louisville
archdiocese to 243 people sexually abused by its priests and
employees (8/2 H. Times). The scandal involved certain bishops
not only turning a blind eye to numerous priests accused of molesting
young parishioners but reassigned them to other parishes where

- GAMBLING LEADS TO OTHER SINS
- The Internet has hooked millions of teens to easily-accessible

are more likely to drink, smoke, and do drugs. Over 80 percent

- 'SAFE SIN'?
- Safe sin is a flat contradiction. It would be like talking
of a "healthy disease" or "harmless poison"
or "clean dirt" or a "lively death." It would
be like a mouse talking about a safe mousetrap or a fish speaking
of a safe hook or a pig thinking of a safe slaughterhouse. SIN
IS NEVER SAFE. It is always dangerous, destructive, damning and
always brings with it disastrous consequences. Yet people today
say: "It is all right to sin as long as you practice SAFE
SIN. Drunkenness is OK as long as someone sober drives you home.
Narcotics are OK as long as you use clean needles. Sexual deviation
is OK since it exists and so it should be approved. Promiscuity
is OK as long as you take safe precautions. It is all right to
sin, but please, play it SAFE!" The Bible gives the true
perspective: "Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth
forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death….
For the wages of sin is death" (James 1:15;
Rom. 6:23). Is there safety for sinners? Indeed! God has
good news for those "whosoevers" (John
3:16) that recognize their need for God's righteousness.

- JIM BAKKER BACK ON TELEVISION.
- Jim Bakker, disgraced former head of the charismatic Praise
the Lord (PTL) program, is back on television. The "New
Jim Bakker Show" debuted 16 years to the day of the last
broadcast of the "PTL Club" (Charisma News Service,
June 2). The new show is currently broadcast on more than 30
television stations, 200 cable outlets, and internationally through
TCT Satellite Network. Bakker went to prison for defrauding his
followers out of $158 million. He was paroled in 1994 after serving
five years of a 45-year sentence. His trial brought to light
his lavish lifestyle, which included six luxurious homes, and
even an air-conditioned doghouse. Prosecutors charged that Bakker
diverted to his own use $3.7 million of money that had been given
to his "ministry." Bakker also committed adultery with
church secretary Jessica Hahn and paid more than $250,000 in
an attempt to keep her quiet about the matter. Witnesses further
testified that Bakker was involved in homosexuality. Bakker's
wife and the former co-host of the PTL Club, Tammy Faye, divorced
him while he was in prison and married Roe Messner, an old family
friend whose company helped build PTL's Heritage USA resort complex.
Bakker also remarried, to Lori Beth Graham, who is the co-host
of Bakker's new program. In January 2000 Bakker told Larry King,
"Every person who died in the [Jewish] Holocaust is in heaven."
Bakker defended this heretical doctrine in a letter to the editor
that appeared in Charisma magazine in June of that year. [Source:

- It was announced by the chairman of EDS that the White House
has given EDS a “good corporate citizen award” for
its plan to export substantially all of its operations to India
and China. EDS, a US government information technology (IT) contractor,
has also announced that the first phase of this program has been
undertaken, and it will entail the transfer of 3,500 jobs to
India. Inevitably, when the process is complete, EDS will be
left with US operations, consisting only of its worldwide corporate
headquarters staff, its technical support staff, and its worldwide
sales staff. All other functions and production will be exported
to India and China. That’s what the Bush Cabal considers
a “good corporate citizen.”

- October 6, 2003 - The Bush hacks are losing control of the
Ambassador Wilson leak story and the connection to Karl Rove.
Even when Dan Burton, who professes not to be a part of the Bush
Cabal, was interviewed, he came to Bush’s defense. Burton
attempted to discredit Wilson by saying that Wilson is a notorious
Democrat who served in the Clinton Regime and he made these allegations
because he’s a Democrat. Brian Jennings on MSNBC confronted
Burton on the air and reminded him that Wilson has always been
considered apolitical and in fact was an ambassador in the Bush
I Regime and had even received a letter of commendation signed
by George Bush Sr. in which he publicly sang his praises. Burton
said that was just politics, and Jennings asked him. Congressman,
isn’t that what you’re doing here. And Burton became
befuddled right on the air. Furthermore you see that CNN and
MSNBC are saying that Karl Rove has done this before. They mentioned
the fact that Rove held the same position he now holds during
the Bush I Regime: senior political advisor and liaison to the
RNC. It’s the exact same position.

- The recent WSJ/ NBC poll reported that overall Bushonian support
has slipped below 50% for the first time since the Bush Cheney
Regime was selected. Interestingly enough, they reported in a
comparison poll (the so-called heads up comparison poll) that
Bush-Cheney support showed 42% vs. “any generic unnamed”
Democrat at 40%. In other words, Bush is only 2% ahead of a generic
unnamed Democrat and six out of the ten declared Democrats are
between 3% and 10% ahead of him, Wesley Clark having the most.
The reason for these numbers is that 83% of the respondents who
say they’re voting for a Democrat don’t say they’re
voting for a Democrat but they’re voting against a Bush.
This is (and should be) encouraging to the Democrats because
the only way a Democrat could win is if there’s a big enough
anti-Bush vote. Not a pro-Democrat vote, but an anti Bush vote.
There has to be a generalized backlash against Bush.

but in the last analysis the President made the decision -- due
to his close personal political and financial connections to
Clear Channel Communications to veto the bill. And this is the

that Congressman Richard Baker, Republican from Louisiana and
a member of the Bush faction in the House, has tacked onto the

This amendment (8b) is intended to dilute the authority of state
attorney generals’ offices and state security regulators
in bringing legal actions against the large investment houses
for fraud. The Baker bill will transfer much of the power of
state regulators (who have been very aggressive in going after
corporate fraud) to the SEC. The rationale is the same old Bushonian
charade -- for the sake of market stability, liquidity and investor
confidence.

- July 14, 2003 - The Bush Cabal’s Lie Coordination Bureau
(LCB) got it all mixed up this week, when the Bush administration
attempted to retract its allegations that Iraq was trying to
buy uranium from African countries. They were forced to retract
because Bush had, of course, gone to Africa and he was being
laughed at by many of the African leaders he had accused. As
one of the African presidents quoted on BBC said, we don’t
even produce any uranium. It all started when outgoing White
House spokesman Ari Fleischer said that the administration is
withdrawing this allegation. Then Rumsfeld said the same thing
on Wednesday, July 9, in Congressional testimony and that caught
people off guard because the Fleischer comment had not been widely
disseminated. Fleischer had intimated that the White House would
set upon a plan to gradually retract all of the allegations it
made against Iraq (as a reason to go in there) because none of
them were true.

public libraries to install a filter so that library patrons

selected list of sites. These websites, as the National Library
Association pointed out, would allow the Department of Justice

Put Cheney in charge of everything that’s illegal to maintain

the latest reports, the benefits that Iraqi citizens will now
enjoy under a US supported regime (they’re not calling it
US occupation) will be much better than the disenfranchised naïve
American flag wavers. General Brooks, a spokesman for CENTCOM
Command, made a pronouncement reiterating the expanded First
and Second Amendment privileges that Iraqi citizens will have.
The would-be Iraqi leaders being groomed for the coalition they’re
trying to form were being interviewed and told about all the
new benefits they’re going to have. A Shiite mullah with
a turban on his head heard this announcement and he says, “If
that’s the case, I can’t wait to be occupied…”
But what struck me funny about it is that Iraqi citizens will
now have (at US taxpayers expense) universal free health care
coverage and universal education up to university level; they
will be entitled to financial aid for the purchases of food;
utilities like water and electricity will be subsidized; and
gasoline for cars will remain at 13 cents a gallon. How can you
beat that?
- BUSH, PROPAGANDA MINISTER O'REILLY, THE P-WORD AND THE WEINER

The scourge of Bushonomics continues and the P-Word (Peace) is
declared seditious in the Weiner Nation... Meanwhile, Goebbels
Wannabe Bill O’Reilly of the AllSpin Zone, has publicly
declared that anyone who opposes Bush Cabal policies is not only
"Un American" but will be considered by him to be an
"enemy of the state." In other words, it looks like
O’Reilly is actively seeking the post of "Propaganda
Minister" in the Bush Adminstration.
- There’s a little known channel on TV called the Public
Legal Issue Forum which explained what justification the Bushonian
Cabal was using for this incident in Albany and the Michigan
high schooler who was sent home for wearing a t-short which read
International terrorist with a picture of Bush on it.
- They’re getting away with it by using the now reinstituted
Seditious Publications Act. I always thought that it was restricted
to books, magazines and periodicals, but they’re using this
act (which they have the authority to do under the Office of
Homeland Security and under the USA Patriot Act) and saying that
anybody who wears a t-shirt or carries a placard is "publishing,"
and these acts constitute "publishing" a picture, a
photograph or printed statements. In other words, this falls
under the Seditious Publications Act, which is meant to stop
the dissemination of any materials deemed to be hostile to the
security of the state. "Publication" then includes
anything printed on a t-shirt or a placard or a poster.
- Then they showed a several clips from Deputy Reichsfuehrer
Ashcroft when he spoke a couple weeks ago (and people didn’t
know what he was talking about), in which the State of Maine
education superintendent leaked out a letter he received from
the Office of State Security regarding high schoolers. Ashcroft
said that they are acting to crack down (and he didn’t really
explain what he meant) but now we’re getting a pretty good
idea.
- The lawyer on the show said that usually under the Seditious
Publications Act the very reinstitution of the act requires consent
of Congress and judicial review by the Supreme Court. Of course,
under the USA Patriot Act and the vast expansion of the 1947
War Powers Act, as it relates to the expansion of presidential
powers and the passage of the emergency extension of the law
enforcement powers act, the president has the right (now that
a state of national emergency has been declared) to simply, by
